Disappointing stay — the property looks beautiful, but the service, cleanliness and maintenance need significant improve

The villa has a nice design and the private pool is a good feature. The location is also convenient.

Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. The cleanliness was not up to the expected standard, and the room needed better maintenance. The service also could have been much better. Overall, the experience did not match our expectations.
