Location
A security deposit was required and the amount was blocked on my credit card. After check-out, it was only released after several requests, and even then it took weeks for the funds to become available again. In total, the whole process took about a month.
On the day we arrived, we were unable to enter the building. We tried all the contact details and phone numbers provided, but nobody answered. As we were roaming, this also resulted in unnecessary phone charges. We were left outside with our two children and only managed to enter because, by chance, someone came out of the building and we were able to get in. Once inside the building, the access code to the apartment itself worked correctly.
This was a very stressful way for a family with two children to start a stay in accommodation that had already been fully paid for. It was also uncomfortable to find notices displayed throughout the building stating that short-term/tourist accommodation was not permitted there.
