Everything was fantastic. The staff, the atmosphere, the room....it was perfect. They even gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite and a hand delivered gift to celebrate our Anniversary!

Incredible location right next to a tram stop and near some good restaurants. The building is really cool and it's been beautifully decorated. There are some thoughtful additions like a hook for my purse and a valet shelf for my keys next to the room door, plenty of charging cord outlets next to each side of both beds, and a mini fridge/bar. The rooms are very quiet and get a lot of natural light. The towels were huge and fluffy. Liquid hand soap in the bathroom!! I hate using a bar of soap to wash my hands in hotels.
The bed was uncomfortable and the blanket was very heavy for being August. We requested a lighter blanket from the desk that we didn't receive and had to request it a second time several hours later. The linens had a very strong, offensive laundry detergent fragrance vs something neutral or unscented, which was very bothersome to sleep on. The shower took (I'm not exaggerating) 10 minutes to warm up. The valet requires a 30-minute heads up if you need your car because it's parked a few blocks down the street (i recommend self parking as it would be faster and more convenient). Some of the staff, while friendly, didn't seem properly trained to help- I literally had to ask the doorman to open the door for me when i was very clearly struggling and he was just staring at me, and the front desk seemed uncomfortable handling the transaction when we checked in. This is a newer hotel so i hope the service improves with time, but they aren't operating at their 100% best yet.

What a great hotel. The room was exceptional. Everything was exceptional. Bravo to the team.
On the first day the shower took about 3 minutes to get hot but that reduced as the week progressed.

Everything was wonderful. The staff, the decorating, the rooms were all great.
We had a little problem with the shower temperature. It seemed it was really hot or just cold.
