Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter

Very friendly front desk (Courtney) service as well as member room staff.

Was there for a special event in Cincinnati, and the rates were higher than usual, but still an excellent experience.

The beds were so comfortable. The inside (lobby area and restaurant area) was gorgeous . We arrived late, and was starving. We were able to eat at the restaurant. It was really good as well. The view from our room was gorgeous. The staff was so kind as well.

We had to walk across the street to park, we were charged $20 to park in the parking garage, and we still had to walk a good distance to our hotel. Then, in our room, our tub looked dirty, but it was stained. The room obviously had flooding. The wallpaper was bubbled and had several water stains. The TV stand had the cheap particleboard that was bubbling as well. The tracks from the curtains were missing screws and not sturdy. I just felt that the price I paid for the room, these things would've been fixed.

Love the location the hotel staff was amazing.

Didn't like how the check in was on the second floor and not the first kinda hard to navigate.

Property was well kept and the room was very clean. Staff was wonderful.

The parking is ridiculous. We opted to park off site which was not a big deal because the parking garage was within walking distance. We went yo a restaurant that we had reservations and upon leaving the garage the price to park just for a few hours was $20!! Might as well have gone through valet!
