Da localização, dos recursos externos (piscina, churrasqueira e lojinha) e da cozinha praticamente completa.

O espaço do quarto é realmente apertado, a acomodação das roupas também, nas fotos havia um sofá que no apartamento se quer caberia, e o chuveiro não esquenta, a menos que fique em conta gotas!
