The location was brilliant.
In need of lots of repair and fixing. Very tired with lots of issues. The bathroom floor is rotten from water leaks. Electrical fittings needing replacing. It needs a maintenance service to put and keep things ok
The bed needs a new mattress. The cleaners did a great job with what they had to work with. A shame as the location was great

Location was fantastic. Property was quiet at night.
Generally needs to be renovated. Peeling paint everywhere, water stains on walls and ceilings, the bathroom floor laminate was sunken in some places and bubbling in the other due to a previous leak, kitchen cupboards not closing properly. The TV didn’t connect to any devices and we were therefore limited to Netflix on someone else’s account.

The location of the flat was convenient. The owners were communicative
The flat is very shabby and the photos make it look much nicer than it is. It has poor paintwork, cheap furniture, a light fitting with wires hanging out of it, a kitchen so small you can’t open some of the cupboards if the door is open. It is up several flights of grubby steep stairs, which we found very challenging with our suitcases. This is now prominently listed on the profile, but wasn’t when we booked. The advertised ‘city view’ is straight into the windows of the office opposite. The information booklet is out of date and has information for Paris rather than London
