La terrasse et la situation de l'appartement au cœurs du vieux San remo. Une superbe petite terrasse avec vue sur la ville et la mer. La cuisine très bien équipée.la disponibilité de lorenzo pendant le séjour
La chaleur dans l'appartement qui mériterait d'être climatisé
Le mobilier vieillissant dans le salon et le manque de chaises
La distance avec le parking 5mn et beaucoup d'escalier mais cela reste une chance de pouvoir garer ça voiture à San remo

casa molto graziosa con un bel terrazzino con vista mare nella zona vecchia di Sanremo molto caratteristica. stanze abbastanza spaziose. cucina ben attrezzata. lavatrice e lavastoviglie presenti. garage disponibile molto utile a sanremo . la disponibilità dello staff.
non era stato segnalato abbastanza il fatto che ci siano molti scalini da fare in salita dalle spiagge /centro per arrivare all appartamento e poi anche all interno della struttura per arrivare in casa , da considerare anche che essendo centro storico
pedonale il garage non è adiacente alla casa. mobilio in soggiorno un po da rinnovare
