Eine begehbare Dusche, tolle Küchenausstattung, bis auf Auflaufform und Mikro alles vorhanden, Balkon schön groß mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge. Geschäfte zum einkaufen, Metzgerei, Bäckerei und Gaststätten zum verweilen und unmenge Möglichkeiten für ausgediente Wanderungen.

Was etwas störrend war, wenn in der Wohnung über einem 8 bis 10 Füße laufen frühs oder abends, da es Holzdecken sind gut hörbar.
