Great location and a very comfortable place to relax after a full day exploring the area. The bed was cozy and the space felt welcoming.

Clean room, nice lighting, soft towels. Can't really ask for much more. I don't usually leave reviews but this place deserves one. The photos are accurate, maybe even a little worse than the real place because it actually feels much cozier in person.

You can't beat this location. It’s so easy to get around and explore the city from here. Lots of great cafes nearby.

Mình đặt phòng tại đây cho 2 đêm. Vì cẩn thận nên trước ngày đi mình có gọi điện cho khách sạn để xác nhận phòng. Thật bất ngờ là KS báo mình chưa hoàn tất booking, trong khi mình đã nhận được confirmation (mình cũng nhiều lần dùng dịch vụ của Booking rồi nên không thể nhầm lẫn được). Mình làm căng lên thì KS báo lại là ok rồi. Đến ngày nhận phòng, đến nơi thì lễ tân không có một ai, và cũng có khách đến trước mình cũng đang đợi lễ tân. Đợi khoảng 15 phút thì lễ tân về. Sau đó báo là gửi mình sang KS khác, nói là cùng chung chủ và cũng gần lắm (thực tế thì có chung chủ không thì ai mà biết được, và cách đó gần chục km). Ok gửi sang chỗ khác cũng được nhưng tại sao KS không báo trước cho khách hàng?? Chưa hết, lễ tân còn đòi mình phải thanh toán tiền phòng trước. Dĩ nhiên là mình nói không rồi. Sẽ không bao giờ quay lại nơi này. Đánh giá này là dành cho khách sạn The Morris City Central Boutique nhé, còn KS mà họ gửi qua thì mình không đánh giá. ------------------------- * ENGLISH VERSION I booked a room here for 2 nights. To be safe, I called the hotel to confirm my reservation before my trip. To my surprise, they claimed my booking wasn’t completed, even though I had already received a confirmation email (I use Booking.com frequently, so there’s no way I was mistaken). Only after I stood my ground did they finally "find" my booking and say everything was okay. ​When I arrived on the check-in day, the reception desk was completely empty. There were other guests waiting there as well. After about 15 minutes, the receptionist finally showed up, only to inform me that they were moving me to another hotel. They claimed it was under the same owner and "very close by," but in reality, it was nearly 10km away. ​I might have been fine with a relocation if necessary, but why didn't the hotel notify me in advance? To make matters worse, the receptionist demanded that I pay for the room upfront. Naturally, I refused. ​I will never return to this place.
