- Clean and modern

- Within the first day our shower flooded with water so we had to change rooms
- Then in our new room the hot water wasn't working (they proposed for us to change rooms again!)
- We didn't want to keep changing rooms, so requested they fix the hot water
- After multiple requests, 90% of the time the hot water didn't work.
- You have to pay with a Colombian bank account, so if you're a foreigner, good luck with that. You can't pay by card even though it says you can.
- No staff on site (which means it's hard to reach them sometimes, the other guests can get loud)
- Kitchenette could have a kettle, frying pan etc.
- Laundry service didn't work so we had to go elsewhere (which required a Didi)
- We stayed for about 2 weeks (2 separate bookings) and this was our experience.

La cama es muy cómoda y la ubicación es muy buena.
Que no cuenten con recepción, es muy molesto estar esperando que contesten un WhatsApp. Encontré cucarachas , algunas toallas tenían manchas, la alarma de la puerta no permite descansar bien porque el ingreso de cada persona incomoda por el ruido de la alarma toda la noche. Además no es una zona libre de humo.
