Decor, cleanliness, facilities, calmness of the location, host communication was excellent and professional. I had lots of questions as I found booking.com a bit confusing. Redkite hosts were brilliant. Close to all attractions, literally minutes in the car. Free parking at the property was great.
We would have liked to be able to walk to places from the property, but it’s set back from a busy A road with no foot path, but, we had a car and were more than happy to drive.

the property was spotless, extra comfy bed , most things were perfect
too rural for what we wanted but needed to do more research ourselves on that. Could do with privacy strips(bedroom & hallway) on the small glazed panels, could still be seen from the main house.I felt as if we were left too many instructions-ie take rubbish out - large bins outside not labelled as to what went in which bins, which were almost overflowing with everyones rubbish by the looks of it and it was all mixed anyway. Our daughter lives in Witney and it appears we couldn't have had her visit with her new baby !sounds like I'm nitpicking, I'm not the place was lovely.

Clean and tidy. Nicely furnished. Parking on site.
Very hot. A fan was provided which was appreciated. There is no door/window on the back wall so difficult to get airflow through the property when it had been closed up for a few days before my stay. Could do with some more/larger glasses. Also a non slip mat in the shower please. Having to place a cash security deposit of £300 was excessive compared with a card hold of £50 which is more the norm if at all. Perhaps you have had a bad experience in the past so understandable. Not even a welcome pack apart from a tub of spreadable something half used.
