Quick response from host after we arrived and highlighted some broken items in the house who told us not to worry and enjoy our stay. Back garden is completely enclosed which allowed our kids to wonder in and out house without us worrying and let us enjoy our break as well.
Not far from Chessington adventure park and some shops, supermarket and restaurant within walking distance.
We found the street no problem but there was no house number on listing but host sent us these details after a quick message.

Spacious apartment in a terraced house, large bathroom, equipped kitchen, very easy check-in at any time.
There is an iron, but I haven't found an ironing board.

Good location close to local restaurants. Driveway parking also handy. Property was basic, however clean and everything you need. We used this as a base for the Epsom Derby meeting, only 30 minutes by car to the track.
Shower in upstairs bathroom in need of upgrading. We utilised the downstairs one.
