I was pleasantly surprised when I learnt that the caretaker can prepare food for us. The food (breakfast and lunch) tasted really well, is pretty filling although it (actually the lunch) is slightly expensive. The place is fairly new (a few months old as of July 2026) and is pretty well-maintained.
The location is a little remote and we had a little bit of difficulty finding it the first time. The google maps location is slightly off by about 50-100 m (consider readjusting the location and ensuring it is marked on the main street and not the smaller street behind). The website/owner/caretaker should inform the customers in advance about the provision of caretaker-prepared-food and share the wifi details at the time of check-in. However, these are minor comments and I will consider staying here again.

Location is surrounded by greenery and a peaceful area, but near a metro station. Food is as good as home made and staffs are very good. Property is neat and clean
I want to stay for entire year but owner is not ready to give any concession.

Seems new property, Very nice location, but little far from the main road.
All the staff are very rude and are often not available at the reception desk. They can frequently be seen wandering outside and are difficult to reach, as calls and queries often go unanswered.
This property has only 8 rooms, all of which are of the same size, yet they charge different prices for different rooms, which seems unfair. They also charged ₹1,200 for an extra bed, which is excessively high.
Despite there being no lift in the property, we were assigned a room on the second floor. Rooms on the ground floor and first floor were vacant, but the staff insisted on giving us a second-floor room, which was very inconvenient.
Drinking water is provided in old, refilled plastic bottles, which raises concerns about hygiene.
Although most of the rooms appear to be vacant most of the time, the management often claims that no rooms are available.
