Spotlessly clean.
Good communication from the owner prior to arriving.
Good Air Con, adjustable.
Great facilities in the room - kettle, cutlery, fridge, microwave, table and chairs, good hairdryer.
French doors opening on to a small balcony.
Filtered water machine in the lobby reception.
Pretty close to the southern side of district VII, about 5 minutes walk to Szimpla Kert ruin bars, about 15 minutes walk to Central Market Hall.
Great access to trams and underground system.
Corner shop with fresh pastries, sandwiches, drinks, snacks etc for very good prices a 3 minute walk.
Being in a more residential area and part of the building is residential, it can get a little noisy in the mornings, bin men woke us up at around 6:30am one morning but nothing major.
Could have done with another pillow each.
