Really amazing place, and super well managed. It is very beautiful and has spacious and comfortable rooms. I spent 2 months so far travelling indonesia, and I could see the difference with this hotel. Beautiful garden too, all the plants are so well taken care of. Nice places nearby to eat and chill
Most of bar staff cannot speak english well, or use the bar tab software - not a huge issue but it did frustrate me at the end. The lady managing the hotel must have nerves of steel :)

I had the most wonderful stay at Salty Jungle

The couple who owns and runs the place is incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful - just like all of the staff. You can truly feel how much love and care they’ve put into creating this place.
The hotel consists of individual bungalows nestled among lush greenery. Surrounded by green fields and beautiful palm trees, it feels peaceful, private & secluded, while still being only a 5-minute scooter ride from the beach and the main surf spot. Three of the best restaurants in town (House of Sawah, Karassan, & Tropik Cafe) are also just a short 5-minute walk away.
The bungalows are beautifully decorated and feel very cozy. There is great attention to detail throughout: excellent lighting (bright when you need it, soft and relaxing in the evening), a full-length mirror, a spacious bathroom, air conditioning and a fan. There’s even a desk and chair if you need to get some work done. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable as well.
The owners also helped me organize my airport transfer, surf lessons, scooter rental and laundry service, which made everything so easy and convenient.
Breakfast was served from 7-10 AM and everything I tried from the menu was good.
All in all, I can recommend staying here 100% 💚💚💚
