Very poor
The beach nearby
The property was a mess when we checked in. Dirty floor, bedding turned upside down, food still in the microwave, door to the caravan just left open, hot water was off.
Also the communication with the owner was very limited, when presented with our concerns she just told us to leave and that she would partially refund through booking.com but didn't know how much that would be....
The caravan park itself was okay, however it was 65£ for 2 adults and a child just to use the pool for 45mins and enter the restaurant and arcades where you still have to pay for everything (very expensive). The pool was fully booked the day we got there so we'd be paying 65£ for 45 mins of swimming during our 2 nights of stay.....rip off!!
Will definitely not be staying again.

Very disappointing stay — poor communication, cleanliness and no hot water.
Location
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this caravan.
We stayed with our family for two nights. A few days before arrival, I contacted the owner to ask how we would find the caravan and how we would collect the keys. I was told that all the information would be sent to me on the day of arrival and that nobody would meet us because the key would be in a key box with a code.
The caravan park is very large, with hundreds of caravans, so when we arrived we had no idea which area to go to or where the caravan was located. I waited until 3pm, which was the check-in time, but received no information from the owner. I called several times but was ignored. Eventually, the owner answered and told me, “I’m not speaking English,” and hung up.
I called again and sent a message asking what language she preferred because members of my family speak several languages and we were happy to communicate in another language. She then asked if I could call her later. I explained that I could not, as check-in had already started, I had paid for the accommodation in advance, and I’m pregnant and very stressed trying to find the caravan without any information.
Eventually, the owner sent two sets of numbers without explaining which was the caravan number and which was the key-box code. After some time, with the help of my family, we managed to figure it out and find the caravan ourselves.
When we arrived, there was rubbish everywhere outside the caravan. I would strongly recommend that anyone staying here puts rubbish directly into the designated bins, as birds can easily make a mess around the caravan.
Unfortunately, the inside of the caravan was also not properly clean. We had to clean and vacuum it ourselves. The refrigerator was dirty, some curtains were pulled off, and the beds were very uncomfortable — you could feel the springs through the mattress.
We also had no hot water for the entire stay.
