C’est un très bon point de chute pour un départ le lendemain.
Hotel, vieillissant.

The bed is a magnet! The mattress was hard enough for me to get a healthy sleep.
Room was a decent size, staff allowed me to check in a bit earlier and check out a bit later, the staff are generally friendly but, sorry to say, useless.
Walking distance from South train station
Not to mention infamous pool and gym $10 per hour.
Hot water comes from both taps both in shower and sink. Addressed the problem to the receptionist, plumber never came. Apparently you have to flush it for a very long time and water gets cooler, you will never guess on which side and they’re different in the sink and shower, so be ready to experiment.
Two power outages in two days. Complete blackout in the whole hotel except reception. Power sockets not working. Four hours in the afternoon and 2 hours next morning. WiFi not working for 3 hours in the afternoon, after being “fixed” intermittent and constant outages throughout the day.
The selection of food at breakfast is poor, something is leaking and constantly water on the floor around food station, the lady is mopping it and makes the whole floor slippery and unsafe.
And I wish I could say that you get what you are paying for but very close by there’s a cheaper hotel with better breakfast.
