It is a beautiful house and close to where we wanted to be for a conference. On street parking was good for one space. The rooms were clean and generally a really nice house. Wifi was good, large screen TV's, comfortable bed upstairs. Filtered water dispenser provided
The water smelled a bit like Sulphur, which is something that I understand is common to that area. We didn't use it for anything other than bathing. The location also has a policy where you need to surrender your ID card, which may be a common policy for the Philippines, but it's very much not common globally. We faced an issue because my wife had to leave her ID with the car rental location and I wasn't going to surrender my US drivers license or passport. I would have happily put more cash down as a deposit as opposed to surrendering an ID card, which should be an option.
