Nice Rhine view, but with railway noise, and no wifi

Cozy, clean apartment with a nice view to the Rhine.

No wifi. No hand soap or shampoo provided. The address and photo of the building on booking don't match with the actual property. This makes it not easy to find. Location right next to the railway. Quite noisy during the night.
