Worth it in my experience, clean, spacious, super well located.

Location was amazing, if you are a diver it’s amazing to be this close to Techdive. Otherwise you will love the quietness and the port is lively. AC in the bedroom works like a charm. Appartment is spacious and comfortable for 2 people easily.

Some comment mentioned the owner’s dogs. I would like to mention that yes it smells a little bit at the entrance like “wet dog” but once you enter the appartment it was clean and I could not hear the dog at all. Also there’s is moskitos but not much you can do about it.

Speriamo ci mettano mano!!!!

Cosa mi è piaciuto?? Si fa un po' fatica ma ci si prova..diciamo che è un appartamento, con terrazzino ,con davvero grandi potenzialità , perché è situato nella unica struttura di Arenzano,e Arenzano la conosco da 30 anni,che ha il mare davanti e la strada dietro, nemmeno il grande hotel di quel paese può vantarla una location così..!!!

Il problema è cosa non mi è piaciuto, che, a parte la location,come ho detto,è praticamente tutto il resto.. Dico solo un paio di cose,il resto lascio il giudizio a chi verrà dopo.. Prima di tutto l'agenzia che dà in locazione l'appartamento dovrebbe avvisare che il propietario dell'appartamento vicino,con cui si condivide l'ingresso,e l'ingresso dei due appartamenti è diviso solo da due porte di legno degli anni sessanta..ha due labrador in casa.Io per carità amo i cani, e gli animali in generale,ma vi posso assicurare che l'odore che vi ritroverete in casa e la quantità di peli che c'è' fuori l'ingresso condiviso, peli che poi ve li portate tutti in casa, è davvero di grande rilevanza.. C'è gente che ha problemi di allergie, andrebbe detta anticipatamente subito dall'agenzia questa cosa!! La seconda cosa,la mancanza di zanzariere, in cucina e nella stanza, forse c'erano ma ora è tutto eroso dal mare..quindi se lasci tutto aperto,dal balconcino,bello per carità, pieno di verde,e che andrebbe sfruttato molto meglio,può entrare qualsiasi cosa..
