The Villa was very cozy and the rooms are decorated very nicely. The garden and balcony were outstanding. The bathroom is very new and beautiful. We had no problems during the stay. The view was mindblowing.
Picking up the keys was not a problem at all (we had a friend who spoke Bosnian tho)
The hosts provided us with lots of cold water which was so nice after a long drive.
There were only little insects, we slept with all windows open and there were no problems at all.
Dishes were super clean too.
The way up to the Villa was not really finished yet.

The house is large, modern, and suitable for big families beautiful view.
Unfortunately, our experience had several significant issues.
The property is about 15 minutes outside the city, and getting there is quite an adventure. GPS does not provide reliable directions, so you must memorize the route. The blankets and towels did not seem properly cleaned; they had a strong perfume smell that appeared to be masking unpleasant odors. The Wi-Fi did not work, and when I contacted the host, he said there was nothing he could do. The outside gate also required several attempts before it would open.
We found insects, spiders, and mosquitoes inside the house, as well as a snake in the garage.
I could have overlooked many of these problems if the host, Tariq, had been polite and accommodating. Unfortunately, his communication came across as rude, arrogant, and lacking the professionalism and courtesy expected when dealing with guests.
