This bungalow, beautiful inside and out, is situated in a quiet residential location just a short bus-ride from Gilleleje, so it is peaceful and convenient if you don't want to be in the town. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive, and the property really is tranquil: the natural beauty of the garden in early summer is something that will stay with me, and it was fabulous to have two places to eat outside, both under cover.
We had problems with the technology for power and lighting, blinds and aircon. There were no instructions that we could find. The plug sockets in the bedroom were particularly problematic, as the only one near enough to the bed for my CPAP machine was the one where an inaccessible extension was plugged in, so to use it, we had to switch off the wifi and the bedroom lights. The shower is old but adequate. A bit more storage space for guests wouldn't go amiss, in both the bedroom and the kitchen.
