However, amenities such as billiards and table football are available outdoors. The large courtyard also offers plenty of space for children to play.The central outdoor area features a private saltwater pool (38 m²), sun loungers, a covered dining area, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue – the perfect setting for enjoying summer evenings.The interior of the villa is equally impressive: on the ground floor, you’ll find a modern kitchen, a living room with access to the terrace, and one bedroom with a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and direct access to the pool.
