Cozy 3.5 room apartment (about 80 m2) on the 1st floor of a multi-family house with large garden (about 3500 m2) in a very sunny and quiet location in Flims Unterwaldhaus. Only about 150 m to the free ski shuttle bus (during the high season) and just under 1 km to the cable cars and the village center with shops, post office, pharmacy, restaurants etc. Forest and Lake Cauma within a short walking distance. Ideal for families and nature lovers. Parking in underground garage included. Apartment on the 1st floor with sunny south-facing balcony. Two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds). Large living / dining area with open, well-equipped kitchen (eg dishwasher, pressure cooker, microwave, toaster, raclette grill, fondue pot, etc.). Living room with large, comfortable corner sofa and radio and TV. Small bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Balcony with table and four seats. Entire apartment with balcony for sole use. Ski cellar and underground parking space accessible to all residents. Washer and dryer in the basement available (for a fee). Large garden for all house residents. The house was built in 1970.
