Die Unterkunft war trotz freundlicher Kommunikation extrem ungepflegt, muffig, unsauber und für uns als Familie so unzum
Leider können wir diese Unterkunft überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Wir hatten bewusst ein günstiges Zimmer gebucht und wussten, dass es noch keine Bewertungen gab. Trotzdem waren wir bei der Ankunft sehr enttäuscht. Schon von außen machte das Gebäude einen sehr ungepflegten und wenig einladenden Eindruck. Am Haus stand ‚Möbelbasar‘, und auch innen wirkte vieles stark zusammengewürfelt und alt. Der Flur zur Unterkunft war bereits fragwürdig, und in der Wohnung selbst roch es extrem muffig und unangenehm. Die Küche machte keinen sauberen Eindruck. Stühle, Boden und Möbel waren staubig und verschmutzt, der Kühlschrank stand wackelig und wirkte unsicher. Außerdem war Besteck und Geschirr nicht ausreichend für vier Personen vorhanden, obwohl die Unterkunft für vier Personen gebucht war. Auch das Schlafzimmer war enttäuschend. Die Betten waren nicht bezogen. Die bereitgelegte Bettwäsche war zwar vermutlich gewaschen, wirkte aber sehr uneinheitlich und alt. Zusätzlich fanden wir Haare auf dem Bett. Insgesamt hatten wir nicht das Gefühl, dass die Unterkunft sauber und hygienisch genug war, um dort mit unseren Kindern zu übernachten. Meine Frau und unsere beiden Kinder waren so schockiert, dass für uns schnell klar war: Hier bleiben wir nicht. Wir haben die Unterkunft nach etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten wieder verlassen und kurzfristig über Booking.com ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Positiv erwähnen möchte ich lediglich, dass die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin über den Booking.com-Chat freundlich war. Die Unterkunft selbst entsprach aber überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen und war für uns nicht zumutbar. Fazit: Für uns leider keine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.
