The room was modern and clean and the host was extremely responsive. Any issue was handled quickly. Eg there's a switch to turn on the water heater outside the bathroom that I may have turned off and had a freezing shower. Fyi Americans. But host got back quickly about this and other minor issues.
When I visited, the place was in a construction zone with lots of dirt roads that made it difficult to find the entrance, I asked a helpful stranger who brought me to the door, which was around back. Plenty of parking. It felt like I was driving on a sidewalk to park but ok once I got used to it. It was a great value for the money despite the minor hiccups. Also the construction in neighboring buildings made the views not great. Still partial mountain view

Daniela was amazing, super friendly and helpful. She made everything easy and has a SUP that you can borrow for the beach. Walk to the town is very easy and flat. Supermarkets and a couple of restaurants nearby if you don't walk all the way in. Very safe and secure area, very well lit. Apartment is almost brand new, so very clean and well kept. Kitchen has everything. Does have a balcony but didn't use it because of dust. Netflix/TV if needed. Surprisingly quiet. Great hot shower. Good WiFi. Easy to park - and definitely recommend parking away from the main town as it's a nightmare otherwise - saw many cars getting stuck / doing loops to find a spot.
Bed is very firm/ hard. Hooks/coat rack would be a great addition. There's lots of construction in the area, so a bit of dust when walking around and a bit tricky to get to at first. No noise from construction though.
