ABSOLUTE DISSATISFACTION WITH THE LANDLORD AND HIS APPROACH TOWARDS THE GUESTS !!!!!!!!!
The landlord absolutely lacks empathy and I was very surprised by the approach to the situation when you check in outside the time of the apartment key collection. From the first moment I informed booking and then the landlord that we will arrive with our little daughter 01 - 02 at the airport and it takes another 50 minutes to get from the airport to the accommodation and it is clear to me that I cannot pick up the keys at the specified time according to the instructions in the advertisement. Finally, a few hours before the accommodation itself, we received instructions on where to pick up the keys in this case and the address where the accommodation itself is located, including navigation according to Google Maps. We were thrilled that this situation was thought of. What was our disappointment when we picked up the keys where there was nothing except one label with the inscription sunrice miramar (3) on it and at the address where we arrived the miramar II building with 9 floors and on no floor the keys did not fit door no. 3 and unfortunately not even in building no. 3 which again had 9 floors and basically in every house... in the address for navigation we unlocked that it was at miramíár IV and so we went around all the floors there and tried door no. 3... THE KEYS DID NOT FIT ANYWHERE... we walked there for 2.5 hours with a large suitcase and a small child. I do not wish anything like this on anyone. Finally we found a staircase on the 2nd floor under door number 8 in the MIRAMAR VI building and were able to check in... IT WOULD BE ENOUGH TO WRITE ON THE LABEL... MIRAMAR VI, 2nd floor flat 8 or in the general information ATTENTION THE BUILDING IS OPPOSITE TO WHERE THE NAVIGATION WILL TAKE YOU!!!! absolutely inconsiderate approach to someone who has never been there and is looking for some accommodation at 03-05.30 in the dark. Moreover, from Friday to Saturday, no one called our call the next day and when we were supposed to leave on Sunday, we did not receive

Mobiliario super viejo, sillas de mimbre obsoletas y cama igual de obsoleta e incómoda
Tampoco tiene aire acondicionado.
Ojo ! Te retienen un depósito de daños de 100€ y cuándo hacen la devolución se quedan con 1.80€ por la cara !!! De tener muy poca vergüenza.
