Utterly disappointed.

Bedding had not been washed, simply hung on line 'to air' .. Bed uncomfortable, pillows poor quality, wafer thin. One towel for two nights. Towel rail on full heat adding to overheated bathroom/bedroom. Absolutely 'stinking hot', and caused pain when I caught my leg on same whilst using the toilet. Health and Safety issue. No glasses/cup in bedroom. Vacuum cleaner (Henry) on landing outside room door, presenting a trip hazard. No tv/media instructions nor codes. No radio. Waste / Recycling bins (four or five large bins) all full to capacity/overflowing to side of property, with evidence of rodents. Not pleasant. Compared to other property's I've stayed in over many years, this by far has been the most uncomfortable and depressing. Completely and utterly 'soul-less' ..
