The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family and our belongings. The balcony was very nice, with beautiful flowers, and the TV, internet, and other facilities worked well. The host was also very kind, responsive, and helpful whenever we contacted her.
The water hose/tap next to the toilet did not work, although it was shown in the property photos. The host kindly said she would try to arrange a technician, but unfortunately it was not fixed during our stay. We understand that finding a technician at short notice may not have been possible. Also, the ventilation fans in both the bathroom and kitchen were very loud. Finally, the additional parking fee could be communicated more clearly during the reservation process rather than only under the property policies.

Die Lage ist super. Man erreicht die Straßenbahn nach einem kurzen Fußweg (ca. 10 Minuten mit Kindern). Die Stadtmitte erreicht man mit den Linien 9/10 und 11 in ca. 25 Minuten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen relativ neuwertigen Wohnanlage. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher waren sauber. Die kleine Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man kann einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz dazu buchen für 20€.
Die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber. Klebrige Böden voller Flecken und eine schmutzige Küche ( Schubladen schmutzig, sowie die Küchenfronten und auch die Mikrowelle)- siehe Fotos.. Ebenfalls gab es kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Die Türen von Dusche und der seperaten Toiletten sind nur Schiebetüren. Zudem riecht die Wohnung etwas seltsam. Für eine Nacht okay für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zu empfehlen. Schade fand ich auch, dass zunächst angekündigt wird das man an der Unterkunft empfangen wird um die Schlüssel zu bekommen und man dann erst anrufen muss (obwohl die Anreisezeit vorab bekannt gegeben wurde), seine Ausweise per WhatsApp versenden muss um dann die Schlüssel von der Wohnung (in einer mit Code gesicherten Box) zu bekommen in der dann der Drücker für die Garage liegt.
