Overall 5 Star service

The room was super nice, clean, and comfortable. The location was superb and very strategic, with i-City and Central Mall just within walking distance. The staff were also very friendly, responsive, and helpful. Overall, I would definitely give this 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not recommend

Bad experience with this homestay, late reply, unprofessional and poor communication skills. First, the owner asked for RM200 deposit just for one night stay, which it didnt mention during the booking. The owner only waived the deposit after a few back and forth arguments. RM200 for one night stay which just cost RM150 is too ridiculous. Second, waited at the lobby for quite some time just to wait the owner to send the QR Code to access the lift. Third, enter the homestay with wet and dusty floors, full of garlic smells and everywhere is wet. Cant express how terrible it is the moment i enter the homestay. Fourth, after complaint, the owner said will send a staff to check but eventually no one come and clean. Last, I requested for refund due to the bad condition but the owner asked me to check out and said it's under policy if i requested for a refund. So where should i go ? It's like i know your homestay gonna be a bad condition so i need to have a backup place to stay ? Too bad

Super clean, cozy, and comfortable stay. Great place to stay, and we enjoyed our time her

Super clean and cozy! The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and felt very welcoming. Had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it.

The place was super clean and cozy. One small inconvenience is that the light and fan are controlled by the same switch, so turning off the light also turns off the fan. It would be better to have separate switches for the light and fan.
