Séjour agréable mais rapport qualité / prix un peu excessif

L’emplacement idéal et les zones de parking

Les équipements défaillants (sèche cheveux absent alors qu’il était mentionné , aspirateur très inefficace…) et l’insonorisation qui est catastrophique avec les autres appartements et la rue

Jolie appartement de caractère proche du centre.

Propreté qui laisse à désirer. De plus comme vu dans un autre commentaire des frais supplémentaires à payer le jour J pour le linge pour 2 personnes supplémentaires alors que ma réservation booking était bien pour 4 de base.( 45€ de surplus). Et 1000€ de caution à payer sur un site externe de booking pour avoir le code pour récupérer la clé lors du check in. De plus un immeuble plus que vetuste, pas de lumière dans les communs. Rien ne justifie cette caution. Je ne recommande pas dutout.

L’appartement est très beau, pas très loin du centre, et il est situé au deuxième étage. Malheureusement, l’immeuble est vétuste.

En plus des quarante euros de frais de linge que je n’avais pas demandés et qui ont été injustement déduits de la caution, le véritable problème, comme vous pouvez le constater sur les photos, est que ce n’est qu’à 17 heures qu’on m’a informé que, pour effectuer le check-in, je devais verser une caution de mille euros. Sans ce paiement, il était impossible d’entrer dans l’appartement, et cette condition n’était indiquée nulle part. Même Booking confirme que cette procédure n’est pas correcte.
