The villa is really great, well equipped, with a lot of space
. Nice view from the balcony if you look far away
. The villa is perfect for up to 6 people (3 bedrooms)
. A/C works well and silently
. If you have a car, 3 minutes away, you find nice food shop, resto and bakery
. Garden, terrace and jacuzzi
The villa was not ready when we arrived and till 1730
. The whole neighborhood is on construction
. You need a car to do anything (restaurant/shopping/beach)
. (Private) Beach is 20 minutes by walk

The villa is ideally located for exploring Albania’s beautiful coastal towns and beaches. The surrounding nature is stunning, especially higher up in the mountains, where you can enjoy breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings. It is a great base for discovering the beauty and diversity of Albania.
We only had hot water on the first evening. Despite several attempts to contact the host, we received no response. We eventually escalated the issue to Booking.com, who also initially struggled to reach the host. After two days, someone came to inspect the problem but only confirmed that there was no hot water and promised to return the next morning.
The following day, the issue seemed partially resolved, but there was only enough hot water for three people to shower, despite the villa accommodating six guests. This is unacceptable for a villa in this price range. The host later asked us via WhatsApp how we could reach a solution, but after we made a proposal, we received no further response.
Overall, very poor communication and disappointing service.
