Nice location shame about the shortcomings of the apartment.

The location and view on Spinola bay

The stair well had damp, the locked door at the front entrance concerned us regarding fire escape. The balcony displayed a poor quality of build and meant we didn’t use it. Beds were poor quality. A lot of things were a bit broken .. edge boards in the kitchen loose, towel holders hanging off

The location and view on Spinola bay
