To give you some information about the property;
First of all, our host was amazing. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. Even though we had to leave very early in the morning, she came by just to see us off. We also absolutely loved the sweet little surprises left for us in the house upon arrival.
Location: It is very close to the beach, the town center, supermarkets, pharmacies, and almost everywhere you might need. You can reach the beach in just a 50-meter walk on a flat path, and they offer free sunbeds and umbrellas. The sea, of course, is wonderful.
The cleanliness of the house was very good. As for the amenities inside, everything you could need (tea, coffee, toaster, etc.) was fully available. It is very compact but equipped with highly functional and decorative items.
The terrace of the house was simply perfect. It is a great place to relax in the evenings with the peaceful quiet and a gentle breeze. The size is ideal for a stay of 3 people.
If you are planning to stay on Kos Island, we highly recommend choosing this place. Endless thanks to our host!

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa.
L’appartamento è molto bello, pulitissimo, funzionale e curato con amore. Si percepisce che ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per far sentire gli ospiti a proprio agio e non semplicemente per affittare un alloggio.
Il terrazzo è uno dei suoi punti di forza: è molto piacevole, con una splendida vista sul mare, perfetto per fare colazione, rilassarsi dopo una giornata in spiaggia o semplicemente godersi la tranquillità.
La posizione è davvero strategica: a pochi passi dal mare, in una zona tranquilla e sicura, ma allo stesso tempo comodissima per raggiungere Kos Town e visitare facilmente tutta l’isola. Per noi è stata la base perfetta per organizzare ogni giornata senza difficoltà.
Un ringraziamento speciale va a Connie. È una host eccezionale: sempre sorridente, disponibile, gentile e incredibilmente premurosa. Ci ha aiutate in ogni momento del soggiorno con consigli preziosi su spiagge, autobus, ristoranti, taxi e itinerari, facendoci sentire accolte come persone e non semplicemente come clienti. È raro incontrare un’ospitalità così autentica.
Se torneremo a Kos, non avremo alcun dubbio: sceglieremo di soggiornare ancora qui.
Grazie di cuore, Connie, per aver reso la nostra vacanza ancora più speciale. Speriamo davvero di rivederci presto! ❤️
