יש לדירה מרפסת סגורה קטנה וחמודה. כיף לשבת, לקרוא, לשתות קפה.
חצי קומה בלבד מדלת הכניסה.
יש כלי אוכל וכלי בישול.
מים רותחים במקלחת.
בעלת הדירה היתה נחמדה והציעה לעזור עם חיבור לחשבון שלה, לטובת התשלום עבור החנייה.
כשבוע לפני האירוח, בעלת הדירה יצרה איתנו קשר לבדוק אם מתכוונים להגיע, כי יש לה בעיה עם המועד (אבל תנאי הביטול של בוקינג לא מתאימים לה).
עניתי שכן, וכתבה שבסדר, היא תסתדר.
לפני ההגעה סיכמנו מתי בערך נגיע, והיא חיכתה לנו בדירה. בדרך ביקשנו להקדים, אבל לא הסתדר לה.
כשהגענו גילינו שצריכים לשלם עבור החנייה.
במהלך השהות ניסינו להשתמש בשירות המקומי (עם sms) אבל לא הצלחנו. הסברתי והיא הציעה שתשתמש בחשבון שלה, ואני שילמתי לה במזומן.
אז ביקשה שנסדיר את התשלום עבור האירוח, כי הבינה מבוקינג שעדיין לא שילמתי. זה לא היה נכון.
לאחר בירורים שהיא עשתה מול בוקינג, הבינה שאכן שילמתי, והתנצלה על אי ההבנה.
היא הסבירה כל מה שצריך לגבי הדירה ועזבה. סוכם שבבוקר נפעיל את האזעקה, ננעל ונשאיר לה את המפתח (בלי שהיא תגיע).
במקלחת אין הפרדה בין השירותים, הכיור והמקלחת. כבר ידענו את זה מביקורות קודמות. אנחנו הסתדרנו.
היה ריח של חומר ניקוי / ספריי נגד חרקים כשנכנסים לדירה.
המזרן בחדר השינה הגדול היה דק ולא ממש נוח, וכל הוילונות היו שקופים לגמרי.
היה צפצוף בלתי פוסק של האזעקה בדירה, בכל פעם שיש תזוזה באחד החדרים. כשהולכים לישון, זה מפסיק (כמעט לגמרי..).

I liked how friendly the hosts were. The apartment was in a good location with convenient stores and services around it.
The kitchen stove was a bit tricky to use and it wasn’t turning off, only after several times of trying. The only concern about the bathroom was the boiler, it wasn’t a huge issue but the hot water wasn’t enough for the family of 4 people to use it. Overall it was pretty okay.

Karolina and her daughter are so nice and accommodating :) The apartment is well located, walking distance from all attractions. In the apartment you have everything you need (dish soap, sponges, extra toilet paper, many pillows) and it looks even better than in the photos! We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. I highly recommend to anyone coming to Varna. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay 🤗
