Suite is big and furniture is new. It is close to the main street and beach. Instructions given by host for self check in/check out were usable. Towels were changed after 3 days.
Apartments are above night club which works until 3am so it is impossible to have quiet evening. Since it is self check service, there is no reception, neighbours in apartment next to us(which is also Blue Tree suite) were singing and shouting until 2am, and there is no one to do something about it. Cutlery was dirty. Cleaning lady doesn't come inside every day to throw away trash and to put toilet paper, so if you hear that she is there in the hall, you need to call her to come so she will throw trash. There are a lot of mosquitos in the hall and they fly in apartment under the door(since there is open space beween door and floor). If you want to party this is place for you, if you want to sleep and relax then not.
