Everything
Just the location its located at steep hillside reaching the near metro station is a bit challenging for people with knee issues and all, rest everything is perfect about the hotel

Hotel war sauber und gut ausgestattet.
Das Frühstück war leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Angebot war sehr eintönig und bestand jeden Tag aus den gleichen Speisen. Hier wäre deutlich mehr Abwechslung wünschenswert.
Außerdem gab es große Verständigungsprobleme mit dem Personal, da einige Mitarbeiter offenbar weder türkisch noch Englisch sprachen und nur Russisch oder Ukrainisch verstanden. Das hat die Kommunikation erheblich erschwert.
Besonders negativ ist mir aufgefallen, dass das Personal während der Frühstückszeit häufig am Handy saß bzw. auf das Handy schaute. Während die Gäste frühstücken, sollte das Personal aufmerksam sein, für Fragen zur Verfügung stehen und einen professionellen Eindruck vermitteln. Das Sitzen am Handy ist in einem Hotel aus meiner Sicht absolut unangemessen.
