Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, and the management was highly professional, attentive, and clearly committed to making every guest feel genuinely well cared for.
The spa was one of the absolute highlights of the stay. Open from 10 AM to 10 PM, it offered a real opportunity to slow down, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere without feeling rushed. The views over vibrant Tbilisi, especially in the evening as the city lights came on, made the experience particularly memorable. The choice of music was excellent and perfectly suited to the relaxing setting, while the pool water temperature was just right — warm and comfortable enough to truly unwind.
The spa area was also exceptionally clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It felt less like simply using hotel facilities and more like having a complete relaxation experience, with the city views, music, water temperature, and overall ambience all working together perfectly.
The rest of the stay was equally comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Even a pillow menu was available, which added an extra level of comfort. The welcome bottle of wine, accompanied by an excellent selection of nuts and dried fruit, was another lovely and generous touch.
Everything reflected attention to detail, professionalism, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. A truly lovely stay, with an outstanding spa experience that made it especially memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.

Nice rooms, nice location, great spa zone, each sauna with greatest views of Tbilisi.
greatest terrace with pool, I ordered breakfast with coffee to the rooftop, it was very delicious. Highest score for the Spa and pool!
Bad breakfast, especially for Georgia, where the food is outstanding good.
all the bread was like stone. Even oatmeal was tasteless, as well as vegetables. We even passed breakfast for one of the mornings, just not to spoil our moods, and that morning I ordered club sandwich on the rooftop, and it was very tasty!
One more thing - that made our stay a little uncomfortable - that there where no signs “do not disturb” or “I do not need cleaning”, and every morning cleaning ladies where knocking at the door and entering our room, which is quite uncomfortable for the stay and privacy. And this problem is so easy to decide, with just simple cards “do not disturb”, which are normally at each hotel.

Через гостевой лифт, ездят строители и делают ремонтные работы. Странно что в здании не предусмотрен технический лифт.
От этого лифт выглядит не очень. Также везде в интерьере лампы дневного света. Возможно кому-то это нравится
