The location is great. Local bus n.9 has a 10meters away stop and can take you easily to the underground next the US Embassy. From there you can reach all Seoul. Note: buy the tcard before and top it with some money, you can't pay the bus fare with cash/card on the bus. Only tcard!
The apartment is fine for a single person or a couple.
It was clean, all was provided, I didn't cook but order a takeway. Washing machine works well and it also dries your clothes. A/C works well.
Bathroom and shower all good, I am a big man and it was comfortable for me.
You can walk to many amenities and food is crazy good. Try the local market, Tongin Traditional Market.
Very safe also, I walked at night, no problem at all.
Highly recommended for the location and for seeing the real Seoul and its lovely people (away from the commercial city centre).
