Good but can be improved. Security guard’s should not be intrussive

Cleanliness

The security staff has no respect and he is intrusive. Also living passport or ID with him felt very strange as to how my personal information could be safe.

Short stay

I enjoyed my stay at Grand Midtown apartments . Mercy was exremely welcoming and flexible with the timings. The check in process was smooth. The security staff were also welcoming and ready to assist. Generally the area is superb🤩 and perfect as its only a stone away from cbd.

My only downside was the maintenance and cleanliness; the housekeeping staff clearly are not doing it properly.Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend it👏🏾
