We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation! It is right in the city centre, extremely clean, modern, bright, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and both the bed linen and towels were excellent quality. There is also convenient parking available right in front of the hotel.
But what impressed us the most was the exceptional hospitality. The hotel staff responded to our messages immediately, even though it was late at night, and they kindly allowed us to check in much earlier than the usual check-in time, completely free of charge.
We truly appreciated their kindness and flexibility. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, modern place with wonderful hosts, we highly recommend staying here!

Dhoma është e mobiluar në mënyrë moderne, ishte shumë e pastër dhe pronari shumë mikpritës. Lokacioni është gjithashtu shumë i mirë, në qendër të Gjakovës. Parkimi para hotelit ishte gjithashtu shumë i mirë. Do të kthehemi përsëri.

Rooms very nice, new & clean! Large separate space with the sofa & balcony area.
The only thing we could suggest is to stripe the parking lot. It can get very tight if people leave too much room on either side. And it would be nice to have a breakfast offered.
