Located in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park, this characterful property is situated above the wild river near Saint-Julien-du-Gua, a small mountain village ideal for peaceful, authentic holidays close to nature. The village offers a very relaxed, rural atmosphere far from large tourist centres, with well-preserved surroundings. Some houses from the 17th-19th century bear witness to the past, such as the silk industry and old connecting roads between Privas and the neighbouring villages. The upper Auzène valley is ideal for hiking, cycling, trout fishing and swimming in the river.
