Esperienza positiva, rapporto qualità/prezzo accettabile

Buona la posizione con servizio bus, bar, bike/quad rent, pizzeria, a pochi metri dal residence. Ottime la disponibilita' e l'assistenza, anche telefonica, da parte dell'host ed il parcheggio coperto dedicato. Le dimensioni dell'appartamento corrispondono all'idea che ci si fa guardando le foto, sono ridotte, ma le grandi finestre offrono una bella vista sulla valle e vanno parzialmente a compensare, almeno idealmente, gli spazi.

Contrariamente a quanto indicato, non e' presente il bidet nel bagno. Volendo "spaccare il capello in quattro", andrebbero curati un pò di più i vasi di fiori posti all'esterno dei finestroni e sistemate le piastre elettriche del piano cottura.

Non abbiamo potuto soggiornare nella struttura perché, il giorno stesso del check-in, ci è stato richiesto il pagamento di un costo aggiuntivo per le pulizie che non era previsto né indicato nella prenotazione. Dopo aver contattato l’assistenza clienti e verificato che tale importo non era dovuto, la prenotazione è stata annullata. Purtroppo questa situazione ci ha causato notevoli disagi e non ci ha permesso di usufruire del soggiorno prenotato.

Buona la posizione con servizio bus, bar, bike/quad rent, pizzeria, a pochi metri dal residence.
