I had told them I’m vegan it I was it given appropriate food and had to explain again and again but they did there best.

The bed was comfortable
All the staff was very nice (three shifts)
My finally assigned triple room was very spacious.
Multi light option, which is always a bonus for me since I hate white light. Different lighting options
When I first got my booked double room, I was assigned a very small double room that didn't match the pictures (no fridge, no clothes stand etc.) . The girl at reception was nice and immediately moved me to a big room.
BUT

Bathroom door handle broken - wasn't fixed during my stay
Toilet seat broken - wasn't fixed during my stay
There was hardly any toilet paper, had to request it.
The shower area hadn't been cleaned - leftovers from previous residents were still in the shower cubicles like used soap and shower gel.
There was a kettle but I had to request coffee
mugs.
There was no drinking water, had to request it.
Sheets were too short for the bed and I would wake up on the mattress protector every day because the sheets moved while sleeping
. The curtains are an absolutely ridiculous choice. Half of the curtains are sheers so everyone can look into the room at night and also there is bright light from 6am-9pm. Not sure why they didn't add more dark curtains.
Gave clothes for laundry. Happy with the end result but initially I was asked to myself retrieve clothes out of the dryer rather than receiving them folded like every other place does..which was weird.
Things like the toilet paper stand were falling apart despite it looking like a new hotel.
AC cooling was weak. For normal 24 temperature it had to be left on 16-18 degrees.
No blanket provided. Only sheet.
Water kettle was dirty and used. I had to empty and thoroughly rinse it before using.
