No doubt the view and location are great.
When we arrived there were piles of trash by the front door. These piles only grew as our stay went on. This brought rats to the street. This should have been a warning. When you open the front door the hallway reeks of Mildew/mold. It’s a terrible smell. The room itself is ok. At first glance it appears nice, but it’s obviously put together on the cheap as things fall apart to the touch. (See pics). Place had 1/4 of a roll of Toilet Paper and 4 paper towels left on the roll. I notified staff and they said that we were on our own. No info on what to do w trash, no cleaning of the room offered during our stay. (No cleaning supplies or broom in the room) The door to the balcony does not lock so there was a serious safety concern. Coffee maker was junk and made terrible noises in the night and spewed coffee on the counter. Lizard in the room and in the hallway. Kettle for hot water but no tea cups or coffee cups to drink tea with. The view and location are incredible, but this place fell way short of our expectations.
