Rather disappointing in certain aspects

The beds were very comfortable - having access to a downstairs toilet/shower was good - the amenities in the back garden were very good and quiet for relaxing and enclosed area

we did not receive what was stated in the contract ie - indoor entertainment (the volume of the TV in the main room was blocked at a very low volume - as my mum and I are both deaf and use hearing aids we could still not get the use of it) - it was advertised that Netflix etc were available but no instructions how to access these. I called the Agent who agreed to come out to try and sort the volume at a specific time but he did not turn up at the door although we stayed in for this visit. The other smaller TV in the other sitting room worked for 1 night, then it appeared that the tube was going as there was nothing but coloured lines and dots. This was all part of the package we had paid for.
