Apartment looked nice - but issues with the accommodation which were not resolved.

Apartment looked nice and in a area easy to get to via bus, train or subway. Lively with plenty of shops and bars close by

As soon as we arrived downstairs apartment knocked on to say a leak was pouring into their apartment. I contacted the hosts and they advised i could let the downstairs tenant in with their plumber in to check. Leak was found in ensuite - but hosts did nothing (said they would send a plumber but none came across the weekend). Had to turn the water off almost all the time we were there to avoid complaints from the downstairs tenant - which spoiled our time and made living conditions very difficult - host did not seem to care as they had already taken our full money! Also no bedding left out for sofa bed even though advised 5 people staying - had to try and find some The beds in bedroom seemed like small doubles not full size?

Property is in disrepair and was dirty. Shower didn’t work. Communication with owner was challenging.

- mieszkanie jest przestronne, ma ładne widoki z okna - blisko jest do metra, przystanku autobusowego i sklepów

- komunikacja z właścicielem była słaba, długo czekaliśmy na odpowiedzi, - mieszkanie było brudne - plamy na podłodze i dywanie, w kuchni grzyb na suficie i ścianie (wygląda jak pozostałość po zalaniu), - w jednej z łazienek zepsute było pokrętło od temperatury pod prysznicem, z słuchawki leciał wrzątek, więc nie mogliśmy z niego korzystać - w drugiej łazience był zepsuty uchwyt na słuchawkę prysznicową, trzeba było ją trzymać w ręce podczas kąpieli, dodatkowo szyba nia miała uszczelki, więc cała woda sie wylewała na podłogę, - Spłuczki - przyciski działały, ale były już na granicy zużycia i zepsucia, - mieszkanie jest wyposażone w wiele garnków i patelni, ale są one tak porysowane i zniszczone, że nie mogliśmy z nich korzystać - brak chociażby jednego ostrego noża żeby moc cokolwiek ukroić, - mieszkanie ma 2 tarasy, z których jest fajny widok na miasto, myśleliśmy że będziemy tam mogli posiedzieć wieczorami albo zjeść tam śniadanie, ale oba tarasy były tak brudne, że nie mieliśmy ochoty tam przebywać - w mieszkaniu jest pralka, ale jest ona bardzo zaniedbana - przegródka na płyn do płukania była cała zasypana namokniętym proszkiem do prania, musieliśmu ją wyjąć i wyczyścić, po wyjęciu okazało się że w środku jest również pleśń. Wyprane pranie miało brzydki zapach. Poza tym, w pralni było tak brudno, że jeśli jakaś rzecz spadła na podłogę przy wyjmowaniu z pralki to nadawała się do ponownego prania - w mieszkaniu był brak cyrkulacji powietrza, jakby wentylacja nie działała - podczas naszego pobytu temperatura w ciągu dnia wynosiła 25-27 stopni, kiedy wracaliśmy wieczorem do mieszkania panował w nim straszny zaduch, musieliśmy spać przy otwartych na oścież oknach, a pod oknami mieszkania znajduje się bar, przez co było bardzo głośno - wieczorami w okolicy kręci się wielu podejrzanych ludzi
