We couldn't have asked for more from this villa, and Katerina is the reason why.
The location is excellent — walking distance to the main town and the beach. We were out every morning walking to the bakery for a coffee, which became the best part of the day. Lindos is only a ten minute drive, and having hired a car made getting around easy.
The villa itself is new, modern and beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need. The gym genuinely surprised me — I train every day and I'd expected to lose my routine for the week, but it's well enough equipped that I didn't miss a session.
The villa faces the sunset, so every evening we sat outside and watched it go down behind the sea. Worth the stay on its own.
Katerina exceeded every expectation. She greeted us on arrival and showed us around, and there's a QR code with everything you need to know about the area — boat trips, restaurants, things to do in Pefkos. Really useful and thoughtfully done.
I also needed to do some work while we were there, and Katerina arranged a monitor for the whole of my stay. Completely above and beyond, and she sorted it without any fuss.
We'll be back next year. Can't recommend it enough.

The Property was exceptional. Catering for all of our families needs, perfectly positioned in the mountains to see all of Pefki, and out into the Aegean sea!
Our family enjoyed every moment and have created memories for a lifetime.

This is without question the best villa we have ever stayed in. It is absolutely beautifully designed, everything works seamlessly and there is a very high attention to detail. The pool and views are stunning. We honestly felt like film stars. The location is great - very private, but a short drive to wonderful beaches and restaurants. Katerina was a wonderful host - meeting us on arrival, checking we had everything we needed and the welcome pack of fresh fruit, water, wine and local delicacies was spot on. If you are thinking about booking - please go ahead, you won't regret it.
