The property was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and it was a large property, so plenty of space for us to use. Its location relative to the station was fantastic, though we were let down by the poor train service from Opladen this is no fault of the property itself. There are lots of shops and other amenities nearby, with a very comprehensive REWE supermarket a 5 minute walk away.
The property could have done with a few extra things just to make it a little easier for things like cooking. There was only one pan and a frying pan, another pan would have helped. The kitchen sink could have done with a plug so we could wash up and maybe a cleaning cloth so we could clean up after ourselves (we bought our own in the end). But really these issues were very minor.

Unkomplizierter Check-In mit PIN-Code. Saubere Zimmer. Handtücher inklusive. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Kaum Steckdosen in den Zimmern. Keine privaten Parkmöglichkeiten.

Zunächst bedanken wir uns herzlich für Ihre Hilfe beim Check in. Ich habe bis heute keinen Schlüsselcode von Booking.com erhalten. Irgendetwas ist da schief gelaufen. Wir bedanken uns auch besonders bei Ihrem Nachbarn aus dem Caffe Milano, der sich gekümmert hat, dass wir Ihre Nummer bekommen haben.
Die Unterkunft war sauber und wir haben gut geschlafen.
Ich habe bis heute keinen Schlüsselcode von Booking.com erhalten. Irgendetwas ist da schief gelaufen. Sehr entsetzt und verärgert sind wir über das Verhalten der Mitarbeiterin in dem Dönerrestaurant im Haus. Ich hatte die Dame zweimal angefragt, ob sie uns helfen könne und auch nach der Telefonnummer gefragt. Sie hat mir jedes Mal gesagt, sie habe keine Nummer und wisse nicht, wann jemand kommt. Als der Nachbar aus dem Caffe Milano sie angesprochen hat, hatte sie doch Ihre Nummer und wir konnten Sie über das Handy der Dame erreichen.
Das ganze hat uns 45 Minuten Zeit und Nerven gekostet. Wir können uns so ein Verhalten nicht erklären. Ein Handtuch fehlte zum Duschen.
