Schöne Residenz,schöner Garten und sehr sauberer Pool. In Fußnähe der Bäcker und Supermarkt und in 15Minuten am Meer und am Bahnhof. Man ist schnell in Antibes oder Nizza.Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, bequemes Bett, Klimaanlage, Netflix.

Contesto grazioso, appartamento abbastanza confortevole, vicinato tranquillo.
Si può arrivare in centro con i mezzi pubblici lasciando l'auto parcheggiata nella zona gratuitamente.
Host dalla buona comunicazione.
Nonostante la permanenza sia andata bene, a mio avviso, va fatto qualche lavoretto in casa, ad esempio alle prese e pulsantiere in quanto spesso tendono a staccarsi dal muro, pulire le tapparelle esterne vista la vicinanza ad una carrozzeria che usa vernici (per questo consiglio di chiudere tutte le finestre quantomeno prima di uscire di casa) e sistemare una mattonella in casa.
La mattina presto (5.30 circa) passano a raccogliere la spazzatura, per cui meglio munirsi di tappi se si ha il sonno leggero!

Les propriétaires sont disponibles, très accueillants, vraiment sympathiques ! L'appartement est merveilleux ! Très propre, ultra fonctionel, il a tout pour plaire ! La résidence est extrêmement calme et très bien entretenue, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Le jardin et la piscine sont des endroits vraiment paisibles, très agréables et sont peu fréquentés. Les occasions de s'y retrouver seul pour se baigner sont donc assez nombreuses. Je recommande vivement ! Merci encore !!!
